Thank you for choosing DatingUK. We strive to provide a professional, respectful and secure platform for our members. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may (or may not) be issued. Please read it carefully before purchasing any paid service.
This policy applies to all paid services offered via the DatingUK website, including subscriptions, premium memberships and one-off purchases (hereafter “Paid Services”). Free accounts, trials, promotional offers and basic access are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated.
Paid Services are sold on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual) or as non-recurring purchases.
Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term. It is the member’s responsibility to cancel ahead of renewal if they do not wish to continue.
Cancellation of renewal does not entitle the member to a refund for the period already paid.
DatingUK provides access to the platform and matching tools, but does not guarantee specific results (such as matches, dates or relationships). Because outcomes are inherently dependent on user behaviour and preferences, refunds will not be granted simply because a member did not receive matches or did not find a partner.
We will consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@datinguk.online within 14 days of the charge (or a shorter timeframe if required by local law). Please include your account details, order number, date of payment and a clear reason for the request.
Upon approval, we will issue the refund to the same payment method originally used (or another method if mutually agreed).
Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers; DatingUK is not responsible for delays once the refund has been authorised.
Refund amounts of subscriptions will generally be prorated based on unused time, if applicable and approved; partial refunds may apply.

If you signed up for a free trial or promotional offer, please check the terms for that specific offer. Often, these convert automatically into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the end of the trial period. Refunds will follow the rules set out above.
DatingUK reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. The current version will always be posted on the website. Changes will apply to purchases made after the effective date.
